Hi, Mine is not working either.
Purchased & Installed 12/29/2017
iPhone 5 / iOS 10.3.3
ChasePlane Beta V 0.4.160
Prepar3D V 4.1
Windows 10 (up to date as of 12.29/17)
I'm using an old iPhone 5 (iOS 10.3.3) wifi connected to the same network as my PC.
I have checked all you have noted above.
1. IP is correct, many times people get confused and pick the wrong IP address.
CONFIRMED: IPCONFIG correct WiFi interface noted. IP address range, default gateway, etc all match up to the iPhone WiFi connection. Unique IP addresses of
course. WiFi Router sees both devices as connected.
2. Make sure device and PC are connected to the exact same network.
See #1
3. Update ChasePlane to the latest version + turn on experimental versions option.
Running: ChasePlane Beta Version 0.4.160 P3D Version 4.1
4. In SimHat, switch back and forth between X-Plane and P3D option twice... might help.
Accomplished via: In the interface of SimHat prior to connection attempt, switching between the settings, then attempting to connect. Also switching back and
forth attempting to connect with each switch.
5. Make sure no firewall is blocking SimHat.
All firewalls and protection software turned off for purposes of testing. Firewalls did not note a block in any logs.
QUESTION: Are there specific services on the iPhone you expect to be turned on to ensure connectivity?
It's possible that I have turned off something you require for this to work via privacy or other options.
Would appreciate assistance in getting this connected.
Thanks
