I have found the solution for IOS Device
For those who have not succesfully connect the SIMHAT.
1. Open your ChasePlane
2. Go to "PREFERENCES" under GENREAL TAB please ensure Data Server is "ENABLE" (Active)
3. Launch your SimHAT application Enter your IP address
It works for me and hope it also work for you guys "cheers"
