SimHat not working after trying everthing on help files ect

Hi I am very sad with this app I was really looking forward to using it 

but I was never able to get it to work sent email, got a normal reply try this turn that off then on change ip ect 

sent another email stating that it still does not work NO REPLY!!!.

Roy I need help Please please help.

Win10 latest update, x-camera 2.3 ,XPRealistic, multi monitors, GTX 1080

Tether your PC to your Iphone ....I had the same problems and this fixed it

But is it only to connect the Iphone to the PC? What else should we do? Because just connecting did not solve it for me.
